  This apartment complex is nice--it has amenities such as a little gym, a coffee bar, and pool. The apartment units were up to date, apart from a few minor issues that required repairs over the months. The only issue is that DRUG USERS LIVE HERE. Half the complex is rented out to a drug rehab facility called Soba. These people are LOUD, RUDE, and SMOKE CONSTANTLY. We are non-smokers, non-party people, and we could not escape the constant noise and cigarette smoke in our own home. On Thursday nights they host their meetings, meaning they take up all the parking spaces and the noise goes on until midnight. Because these people don't work jobs they are up whenever they want (we have heard them at 3 am, but usually around 6 am), making noise and smoking. A few times they walked INTO OUR APARTMENT. If Soba was not allowed to live in the complex, it would be a perfectly great place. Use your money elsewhere--you deserve better.
